Orders and Shipping
Most orders are generally received within 7 business days after we ship them.

Yes. We charge the standard Kentucky sales tax rate of 6%.
We only ship to the continental United States.
While we try and consolidate all items into a single package there are exceptions where we might have to ship multiple packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Within 30 calendar days of purchase, you may exchange an unused item with original tags and sales receipt. After 30 days, the value of the item being returned will be put on a gift card. Exchanges may be made for other product and then any balances owed will be loaded on a store gift card.
All Sale Items Are Final – No Returns Allowed
In order to refund we need your sales receipt. With your receipt, you may return the item within 30 calendar days in original packaging, in unused condition for a full refund to your original method of payment, i.e., cash, credit card, gift card. Any exceptions will be handled according to our Returns Policy.
